  • Led breaking news coverage when a man drove his truck into a group of cyclists in Kalamazoo, MI on July 7, 2016

  • Learned of the crash while producing another news cast

  • Diverted reporters from original assignments to send one to the crash scene and another to the local police station

  • Collaborated with other producers to develop a coverage strategy for the next 24 hours
